Thomas Hoegh is a Norwegian investor and entrepreneur who oversees a portfolio of high-growth businesses in the creative sectors. Thomas directs films and theatre under the name Torstein Blixfjord. He was born in Oslo in 1966. ==Career== Hoegh is the founder of Arts Alliance, Arts Alliance Media and the Met Film School. Arts Alliance is an investment organisation that builds and supports technologically innovative and high growth companies in Europe, with a particular focus on private media and entertainment companies. Arts Alliance Media (AAM) is Europe's leading provider of digital film distribution services dedicated to building a European digital network to deliver film to cinemas.
